Video by Lynn Sweet WASHINGTON-- As the House was voting on the debt ceiling and shutdown bill on Wednesday night, a House stenographer on the floor started yelling about God and Freemasons. Rep. Ileana Ros Lehtinen (R-Fla.), who was in the chair, gaveled for order as the woman was taken off the House floor by staff. As House personnel were escorting the woman out-and while waiting for an elevator--she continued her outburst. "This is not one nation under God, it never was. Had it been, it would not have been. No. It would not have been. The Constitution would not have been written by Freemasons." A spokesman for the Capitol Police said the woman was interviewed and transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
